The program will produce a professional who will:

• Practice the teaching profession with high level of competence and act in accordance with the standards of his profession upholding the personal and core values of excellence, integrity, honesty and loyalty in the service of the global community.

• Demonstrate leadership and managerial skills with high regard to ethical responsibility, exhibiting sound and Godly principles.

• Continue to develop professionally by obtaining advanced degrees and /or engaging in scientific researches and relevant trainings and pursue lifelong learning activities.

• Communicate in oral and written English fluently, accurately and creatively in diverse social, cultural, academic and professional settings.

• Preserve and promote “Filipino historical and cultural heritage (Rep. Act 7722)”.

• Work effectively and independently in multidisciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
